2. Payments & Billing

  • All plans are billed monthly unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruption.

  • Fees are non-refundable once work has started for that billing cycle.

  • We may adjust service prices with prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver proper SEO services, you agree to:

  • Provide correct business information (address, phone, website access, etc.)

  • Allow access to platforms required for optimization (website, hosting, Google Business, Google Analytics, Search Console).

  • Respond to emails and provide required materials in a timely manner.

4. SEO Disclaimer

SEO results vary for every business.
While we follow best practices, we cannot guarantee:

  • #1 rankings

  • specific traffic numbers

  • exact lead or sales volume

Search engine algorithms change frequently, and results depend on competition and industry behavior.

5. Content & Deliverables

Any content we create (blogs, graphics, optimizations, reports) is delivered only after payment is received.
If you cancel your plan, all delivered work remains yours to keep.

6. Third-Party Platforms

We may use tools and third-party services such as:

  • Google Business Profile

  • Google Analytics

  • Search Console

  • Social media platforms

  • SEO software (tracking, audit, reporting)

We cannot control how these platforms operate, change, or update.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep shared information private—this includes login details, campaign data, and business information.
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with outside parties.

8. Service Cancellation

You may cancel anytime by notifying us.
Once canceled:

  • No future payments will be taken.

  • Work for the current billing cycle continues until the end of that month.

  • No refunds for already completed work.

We may also terminate services for non-payment or misuse.

9. Limitation of Liability

Charleston SEO Company is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue

  • Drops in ranking due to Google updates

  • Issues caused by hosting, website downtime, or third-party tools

  • Any damages linked to the use or inability to use our services

Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 30 days.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
